Returns

Dear customer, we strive to supply you with exceptionally high-quality products and we hope you are satisfied with them. Should it nevertheless become necessary to return goods to us, please observe the following instructions for handling returns.

To process the return quickly and easily, please be sure to follow the procedure below.

How to proceed

• Complete the complaint form in full (contact details, product and order data, preferred resolution: replacement, repair or credit, description of the fault).
• Download our goods dispatch note and enclose it with the parcel.
• Send the goods carriage paid to our returns address.
• Where possible, use the original packaging; we accept no liability for transport damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

Conditions

• Returns must be sent carriage paid; shipping costs are not reimbursed.
• A processing fee is charged; the credit amounts to a maximum of 85 % of the net value of the goods, with a minimum fee of €40 retained.
• The warranty lapses if products were installed improperly or repaired by the customer.
