About LED2WORK

Frequently asked questions about machine-tool lighting

IP rating, process reliability and connection – the key answers.

Which lighting suits CNC machines?

The machining area needs oil- and coolant-resistant luminaires in aluminium housing with a high IP rating (at least IP67, IP69K for high-pressure cleaning) – chip-impact safe and vibration-proof.

Why does good machine lighting matter?

It improves process reliability and quality: operators spot the tool, workpiece and faults earlier – reducing scrap and accident risk during setup and maintenance.

Which voltage is common in manufacturing?

Usually 24 V DC from the machine control; for standalone equipment also 100–240 V AC. LED2WORK offers both, with AC ETL (UL/CSA) tested for worldwide use.
