Apprenticeship

Want to help shape the future of industrial lighting – at a multi-award-winning growth champion? At LED2WORK you take on responsibility step by step for a small production team of up to 15 people. Over two to three years you are deliberately developed as a successor – with plenty of room to shape and to grow.

Your responsibilities

  • Incoming-goods inspection
  • Quality assurance
  • Warehouse and logistics
  • Operational purchasing
  • Hands-on assembly
  • Supporting the planning and control of production processes
  • Contributing to quality checks and optimisation projects

Your profile

  • Completed technical training, ideally with a technician's or master craftsman's qualification
  • Production experience; leadership experience helpful but not required
  • Technical understanding of processes and assembly
  • Experience with KANBAN an advantage
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and materials management an advantage
  • Empathy, team spirit, organisational talent and strong communication
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and grow into a leadership role
  • German at C1 level or above
