Which IP ratings do LED2WORK luminaires achieve?
Our machine lighting reaches IP ratings from IP54 up to IP69K — splash-resistant, dust-tight and suitable for high-pressure cleaning. Ideal for harsh industrial environments.
Are LED2WORK luminaires oil-resistant?
Yes. Our industrial aluminium housings are oil-resistant (including cutting fluids), chip-impact safe and vibration-proof — suitable for CNC machining centres, lathes and milling machines.
What does IO-Link mean for signal lights?
IO-Link is an open standard for communication between sensor and controller. Our IO-Link signal lights are freely programmable — colour changes, blink patterns and status updates can be controlled from the PLC. Industry 4.0 ready.
Which luminaires are suitable for the food industry?
Our Food & Pharma range is Ecolab-certified and HACCP-compliant. Materials meet FDA standards, many models are NSF-listed — suitable for food production and packaging.
Can I download CAD files and datasheets?
Yes. For all products we provide CAD models (STEP, IGES), datasheets and declarations of conformity free of charge in our downloads area.

We offer purchase on invoice to business customers — after a brief check. Contact our sales team and we will set up your account.
Are there volume discounts or project terms?
We grant quantity discounts on many products. For project volumes we prepare an individual quote.
Does LED2WORK offer custom solutions?
Yes, this is one of our core competencies. We develop custom lighting for specific requirements — from concept to series production, all in-house in Pforzheim.

How long does delivery take?
Stock items usually ship within a few working days. Custom builds by arrangement — we state the exact lead time in your quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver across Europe and worldwide. Export and customs documents are provided.
Can I request samples before ordering?
For projects we provide samples on request. Please contact our sales team.

How long is the warranty?
5 years standard warranty. On request we extend up to 15 years — depending on operating conditions and product line.
What do I do in case of a complaint?
Please contact us with your order and article number. We check promptly and arrange repair or replacement.
Is there technical advice on lighting design?
Yes. Our lighting engineers advise on product selection and design — from enquiry to commissioning.
