Welcome to the team: Miguel Gomes-Kilian starts his apprenticeship

We warmly welcome our new apprentice Miguel Gomes-Kilian! With him we continue our junior talent development at our Pforzheim site – and we welcome every new perspective on the team. To get started, we asked Miguel three questions.

1. Who are you?

I’m originally from Portugal and 19 years old. I come from Tiefenbronn and, after business school, I decided to do an apprenticeship in industrial business management.

2. How were your first days at LED2WORK?

The first days were honest and impressive. I received a lot of support from the team and quickly gained a good insight into the various processes that take place here.

3. Why did you choose LED2WORK?

At the careers fair in Pforzheim, the open and friendly manner of my future colleagues won me over. After the conversation I knew immediately that I wanted to be part of this team.

Miguel is accompanied by our training manager Marco Hinkel, and both are looking forward to a varied apprenticeship. We wish Miguel a great start – a warm welcome to LED2WORK!
