When service means getting in the car

After installation, a demanding detail emerged: under certain conditions the luminaire configuration could not be kept permanently stable. Thorsten Felleisen, our development specialist, identified the cause – and fixed it with an application-specific software upgrade.

Instead of simply sending the update, we drove 600 kilometres to Austria and reprogrammed the installed luminaires directly on site. Not every solution is found at a desk – sometimes you have to go there.

That is exactly our standard: if something isn’t right, we take care of it – until it works. Quality made in Germany, with lived partnership included.
